Main House

Over 140 years old, this two-story grey and white clapboard farmhouse is one of the oldest surviving structures inside the Park. Never a fancy Victorian, this farmhouse has the charming feel of a well-established country home. It is decorated with a pleasing mix of both American and English antiques. All rooms feature private baths.

Rose Room
Double-size bed, sitting area, clawfoot tub with overhead shower, private brick courtyard, views of garden gazebo. ($135 per night)

Blue Room
Double-size bed, exterior door off of wrap-around porch, cozy room, peach and navy blue wallpaper, private bath across the hall. ($110 per night)

Upstairs Rooms

Eastlake Room
Queen-size bed, reading nook, many windows, small balcony overlooking garden area, private bath next to room with clawfoot tub and shower. ($135 per night)

Lavender Room
Queen-size bed, romantic lilac walls, sitting area, surrounded by windows, private bath with clawfoot tub with overhead shower. ($135 per night)

Carriage House

This original 1898 carriage house, complete with weathervane atop its cupola, is perfect for a more secluded stay. It features 2 special suites - the Cottage Suite and the Garden Suite - set apart from the Main House, connected by a winding brick path.

Both suites in the Carriage House require a 2 night minimum, which may be waived for an added premium of $50.00.

With its own enclosed yard, the Garden Suite is ideal for you pet(s) to join you. We do charge an extra $25.00 per pet (not per night, rather for the full length of your stay.) We do have another dog on the premises, so we ask your pets get along with other dogs. If they are left in the room alone, we require they be crated. Other than that, we just request you be a socially conscious pet-owner.

Garden Suite
One bedroom kitchenette features pine floors and private patio. Queen bed, 2 twin beds, room for added cot to accommodate five, bath with clawfoot tub/shower. Laundry facilities, TV. 2 persons, $195 per night. Add $33 per night for additional persons for a total of up to 5 persons.

Cottage Suite
One bedroom suite with queen-size bed, sitting/living room area, daybed with trundle that makes into two twin beds or optionally as a king, wicker furniture, kitchenette, private brick courtyard, bath with stall shower. Perfect for a family traveling with children or two couples traveling together. 2 persons, $175 per night. Add $33 per night for additional persons for a total of up to 5 persons.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you choose to book a room, our cancellation policy is as follows:
* 14 days for a full refund less a $25 processing fee;
* Less than 14 days, dependent on our ability to re-rent the room;
* No show will be charged for entire stay.
We are a small, family owned Bed & Breakfast, not a large hotel chain. As such, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
